First, please ensure your phone is Qi wireless-charging compatible. Second, please make sure the phone is aligned with the center of the charging pad. Please remove phone cases thicker than 8mm.

2. Will it charge through a thick or rubber phone case?

This wireless charger compatible with most phone cases. Please check to ensure that that your phone case is less than 8 mm thick and has no metal attachments, expandable grips, or credit cards, it may affect wireless charging.

3. Why is the charging speed slow?

Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 wall adapter (not included) required for Fast Charge Mode.
